Job Description
We are seeking a courteous and diligent individual to manage customer relationships and provide support via telephone and email channels. The role may occasionally entail conducting face-to-face visits to schools within the region, as deemed necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with prospective clients to assess opportunities, creating tailored presentations, negotiating contracts, and liaising with schools to enrol them in our pilot project.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns, including crafting content for various stages of the customer journey, compiling school contact lists, and overseeing email marketing initiatives.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed to maximise engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support or sales roles preferred.
