It’s easy to make the most of our outdoor setting to boost people’s physical and mental health. Whether that’s taking advantage of the local cycle routes and on-site bike facilities, maintenance, and support to cycle to work, or enjoying an organised lunchtime run, walk or fitness class to get the pulse rate going, breathe in the fresh air and meet new people.

There are some great catering facilities on the site from the Waterside Café and its Costa franchise serving sandwiches, soup, and paninis, to the Campus restaurant providing a range of hot meals at lunchtime alongside the tranquil canal setting.
