Glen Bagnall joins the team as Change Management Leader, and Shayne Byron as Global Head of Finance. With over two decades of experience in organisational change and strategic transformation, Glen Bagnall brings deep expertise in helping global businesses navigate complex change. At Lavasource, he will focus on building out the Lavasource Marketplace, supporting its successful rollout to clients, and helping shape a new global community. Glen will also lead and expand Lavasource’s enhanced change management capability, with a strong focus on adoption, culture, and business alignment.

Shayne’s experience spans both consulting and in-house roles, including high-growth technology and professional services environments. At Lavasource, he will oversee the global finance function, shaping scalable systems, processes, and commercial discipline to support the company’s next phase of growth.
