Campus expands with 20,000 sq. ft of new occupiers, reinforcing our position as a leading UK innovation hub

• More than 20,000 sq. ft of space has been occupied on campus, including the expansion of the UK headquarters for MARCH.
• The latest arrivals span engineering, healthcare, sustainability and advanced manufacturing, strengthening the campus’ collaborative innovation ecosystem.
• Recent arrivals are bringing more than 200 people onto the campus.

Over the last 12 months we have welcomed more than 20,000 sq. ft of new occupiers to campus, strengthening our position as one of the UK’s leading science and technology innovation districts and bringing more than 200 people onto campus.

Among the occupiers is MARCH, one of the UK’s leading providers of critical engineering services. The company has expanded its presence on site with the development of a new collaborative workspace and training facilities, supporting its growing digital and automation capabilities.

The expanded space includes a dedicated training environment that supports continued investment in apprenticeships and the upskilling of colleagues in modern industrial technologies. It also provides enhanced facilities for collaboration, leadership meetings and customer engagement within MARCH’s digital and automation operations based on campus.

Alongside the expansion of MARCH, a number of organisations have chosen campus as their base, including NHS Supply Chain, which manages the sourcing and delivery of healthcare products and services across the NHS; Origin Enterprises’ Avian Ecology, a leading ecological consultancy specialising in the renewables sector, which has brought 28 employees to the campus; Ellis Williams Architects; and food systems and automation specialist JBT Marel.

Together, these organisations represent a diverse mix of engineering, healthcare, sustainability and advanced manufacturing expertise. Their arrival further strengthens our collaborative innovation ecosystem and demonstrates the appeal of the campus to ambitious businesses seeking access to talent, specialist facilities and opportunities to work alongside like-minded organisations.

As the next major phase of the campus’s growth, Violet Phase Two will deliver around 80,000 sq. ft of new Grade A office and CL2-enabled laboratory space across two buildings, providing growing science and technology businesses with the specialist facilities to expand and Innovation Zone occupier incentives they need to scale.
